Haltestelle der Bergbahn Montreux – Glion – Rocher de Naye ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (50 Meter). Bergwandern, Ski Abfahrt und Nordisch, sowie Gleitschirmfliegen sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich.

La villa « Gais Alpins » se trouve à Glion (Montreux) surplombant le Lac Léman donnant une vue dégagé sur les Alpes Savoyardes. Elle est orientée vers le sud ouest (vers Genève). En temps claire la vue s’étend jusqu’à Nyon, sur les vignes du Lavaux avec le Jura en arrière plan.
L’habitation compte une chambre à coucher avec deux lits simples (2x 80 x 200 cm), une chambre à coucher avec un divan convertible en un grand lit double (1x 140 x 200 cm). Cette chambre cert aussi de salon et de chambre Audi Visuelle (TV). Un salon/salle à manger, deux bains WC et une chambre d’ouvrage (bricolage, chauffage et buanderie).
Grande cuisine moderne pour 8 personnes. Le garage reçoit deux voitures TV par SAT, téléphone et WLAN sont à disposition.
La villa se trouve à 5 Km du centre de Montreux, 33 Km de Lausanne, 100 Km de Genève et 210 km de Zurich. La halte du Chemin de fer MGN Montreux – Glion – Rocher de Naye est à 50 mètres. Promenades en montagnes, ski de décentes et nordique ainsi que le vol par à pente sont praticables à partir de la maison.

The living surface of the house is of 140 m2 (without outdoor terraces), it includes one bedroom with two single beds (2 x 80 x 200 cm), one bedroom with a convertible sofa into a large double bed (1x 140 x 200 cm). This room serves also as a living room with audio video equipment (TV) and two bathrooms with toilets, and craft room (laundry, heater).
The Top-Kitchenequipment is sufficient for 8 people, the garage for 2 cars, SAT-TV, fix net telephone and WLAN are available.
