Das Wohnzimmer ist offen zum Esszimmer und Küche, Zugang zur Terrasse und Balkon über je eine entsprechende Türe. Mit einer Schiebetüre wird das Schlafzimmer abgegrenzt. Ausgestattet ist das Wohnzimmer mit einem Schwedenofen. Befeuert wird der Schwedenoffen mit getrocknetem Brennholz. Ein Sekretär, ein Sofa und ein Sessel befinden sich im Zimmer. Die Aussicht von allen Fenstern zeigt auf den See und die gegenüberliegenden Berge.
Der moderne Esstisch reicht ausgezogen für 10 Personen, eingezogen für 4 bis 6 Personen. 8 Stühle sind vorhanden. Der Zugang zur Küche ist offen. Vom Esstisch kann die ganze Aussicht auf See und Berge genossen werden.
Das Sofa kann als Doppelbett benutzt werden. Die Umwandlung ist sehr bequem und einfach. Ein Kleiderschrank steht zur Verfügung. In diesem Zimmer steht ein 46 Zoll Plasma Flat-TV. Das Zimmer wir mit je einer Schiebetüre zum Wohnzimmer und Korridor abgeschlossen.
